Haitian Blue Pine is exactly what you expect of a Caribbean profile. Smooth and Sweet. Balanced. No bitterness. Butter and nuts in the light and medium. Robust and chocolate with rounded finish in a darker profile. From the Blue Pine Forest of Haiti, Haitian Blue Pine is grown at about 1400 meters asl. 

We sell these in partnership with Coffee Holding Company, Cafe Kreyol and Joey Stazzone who has been doing great work on the ground in Haiti and Dominican Republic replanting and rebuilding their coffee industry.
